We are currently looking for new build or conversion opportunities between circa 75,000 sq ft and 300,000 sq ft.
We typically look to achieve schemes of between 250 and 1,000 student beds, with our sweet spot being around 400-500.
We also acquire B1, Hotels, Hospitals and Schools and standing investments with short income (circa <5 years) where we can obtain vacant possession and secure planning.
