Stellar Portfolio Sale

In December 2018, Fusion Students sold the ‘stellar portfolio’ comprising four assets in Cardiff, Newcastle, Nottingham and Bristol to a JV between UK-based investment manager Arlington Advisors and Equitix.

The Stellar Portfolio consisted of:

Fusion Tower Bristol | 483 beds

Plummer House, Newcastle | 251 beds

Nova, Nottingham | 437 Beds

Eclipse, Cardiff | 686 Beds

Comprised of a total of 1,857 beds and sold for well in excess of the asking price of £232m

The sale was widely publicised in the press with the market acknowledging that it was “…one of the highest quality portfolios ever to come to market” with investor appetite being ferocious and attracting bids from all over the world.
