Plummer House was our first foray into development in the North East, taking on this ambitious restoration project and transforming it into a 251 bed scheme.
As well as fantastic apartments, Plummer House included a number of social spaces crafted to maximise residents’ enjoyment of the property. The interior design team created a unique feel to each area, from the laid-back luxury of the cinema room, the stylish modern VIP bar, fully equipped gym and the inspirational common area.
It is now operated by Collegiate under its Prima Vidae brand.

Socialise + Study
Despite the constraints of refurbishing an existing building, we made it our priority to create social spaces that were fit for the modern student lifestyle.
The resident club lounge, onsite cinema, and table games created social areas to harbor a sense of community. Where quiet study spots were designed for both private and group work.
LIVE WELL + BE WELL
Designed as a fitness studio that works for both group and individual workouts, the fitness area in Plummer House was divided into cardio and strength.
